BeautyVivas proudly provides fast national shipping!
ALL orders shipped throughout Egypt are tracked with an average transit time of 1-2 Business Days. While most orders arrive earlier than expected.
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are quality checked and processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders received after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Your order may be eligible for Priority Shipping along with an Extended One-Year Warranty for a small fee. If this option is purchased as an add-on during checkout, we will prioritize processing your order, resulting in a l business day or less quality check and processing time.
Please note, this is NOT an expedited transit line.
Please be aware that these time frames are estimates and may change due to sudden global events that influence delivery times.
Signatures are NOT required for receiving orders, please be mindful of our shipping updates in order to safely receive your order(s)
- MY ORDER TOOK MORE TIME THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME !
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc..) that may cause shipping postponements. while most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. for this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order before 24 hours with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Just contact us requesting a cancellation to get a full refund. but if the item has already been shipped you will have to wait for it to arrive then issue a return and you can see how to issue a return by going to the refund/return tap.
- I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS !
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply contact us with your order number and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
- MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to shipping service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, we will send you a replacement right away. Please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
