I made a mistake on the shipping address, can I change it?

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information. We can only correct the address within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Can I cancel my order?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We'll send you a replacement right away.

Will I receive my items in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages to ensure quality in packaging.

I recently purchased an item online and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

I have not received my refund yet, why is that?

What currency will be used when I place my order?

All transactions on our website are processed in EGP (EGYPTIAN POUND) by default. However, if you're purchasing from a different country, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency based on the current exchange rate.
